Surrounded by 2 acres of mature wooded gardens with spacious car parking we have three en-suite bedrooms all elegantly furnished and individually decorated reflecting the owners personal approach. They all offer the full range of modern facilities flat sreen TVs with intergeral DVD players and Freeview, DAB radios, Wi-Fi connection for laptops, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, hair dryers, crisp linen, top of the range pillows.Sunnybank is in an ideal location for short pampering breaks, touring or business trips to the area, offering first class facilities in pleasant surroundings. Sunnybank is within easy access of Holmfirth and its wide range of shops, bars and restaurants with many others just a short drive away. We have a no-smoking policy within the house and regret we are unable to accommodate pets or children under eight years old (thats the children not the pets!)
Directions.
At the traffic lights in Holmfirth go towards Manchester on the A6024 after 150 yardsmetres you should fork right onto the A635. After another 100 yardsmetres turn right into Little Lane (watch for it - its well named!) Turn left at the end up Upperthong Lane. Look out for the Church on your right. Sunnybank is the next drive on the right. There is no commercial sign denoting Guest House
