Staying in the City Contemporary Apartments are located in the heart of Leeds city centre just minutes from the main train station and walking distance from the main shopping and entertainment districts.
We offer a range of one and two bedroom apartments sleeping up to 4 people. All our apartments are fully furnished to a high standard and provide a true home away from home - with en-suite shower rooms as well as a main bathroom room in our 2 bedroom apartments and balconies with views over the city. Our kitchens are fitted with all the latest appliances and include dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, fridges and washerdryers, all crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils are also provided. The open plan living areas are equipped with LCD televisions with Freeview, DVD players, stereos with iPod docking stations and FREE Wireless Internet access by way of a Broadband USB Modem provided in each apartment. Bed-linen and towels are provided and are made from the finest Egyptian cotton. Weekly maid service is included for stays of 4 nights or more. Complimentary continental breakfast is supplied together with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Guest toiletries in each bathroom are made from Dead Sea Minerals and include bathshower gel, conditioning shampoo, body lotion, sewing kits and shower caps.Staying in the City provide an out of hours check in service as well as a 24 hour on-call manager to deal with any queries you may have whilst staying with us. All guests must confirm their reservation 24 hours prior to arrival by calling our main office and providing an arrival time. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note: a security deposit of £250 is required for each apartment booked to cover loss or damage to the apartment and its contents or any problems resulting in parties which are strictly prohibited in all our apartments - this will be taken in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card and released once the apartment has been checked after your departure.
