The apartments feature beautiful furnishings in each room and a luxury fitted kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridgefreezer and washerdryer. All crockery, cutlery, glass and cookware are provided for the added benefit of beng able to self-cater. The open plan livingdining areas are generously furnished and all have televisions with Freeview, DVD players and stereos. Wireless broadband internet access is also provided FREE of charge. A blacony offers each apartment a spectacular view over the Quays onto Erie Basin. All 2 bedroom apartments come with an en-suite shower room as well as a man bathroom and benefit from luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels and complimentray guest toiletries made from Deep Sea Minerals are provided with our compliments. A breakfast pack comprising of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice, butter, preserves and bread is there to welcome you on arrival. Staying in the City provide an out of hours check in service as well as a 24 hour on-call manager to deal with any queries you may have whilst staying with us. All guests must confirm their reservation 24 hours prior to arrival by calling our main office and providing an arrival time. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note: a security deposit of £250 is required for each apartment booked to cover loss or damage to the apartment and its contents or any problems resulting in parties which are strictly prohibited in all our apartments - this will be taken in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card and released once the apartment has been checked after your departure. Secure underground parking is available for a nominal charge on-site and must be pre-booked prior to arrival.
