Directions.
By Car: From North or South: - Take the M6. - Exit at junction 36. - Follow signs to the South Lakes and Kendal. This road is the A590/A591. - Follow the A591 to Windermere and then signs to the town centre. - Drive through the village towards Bowness and the lake. This road is 'New Road'. - After around 800 metres, there is a Catholic church on the left. St John's Lodge is approximately 90 metres on the left-hand side (If you reach the police station or the lake then you have gone too far).
