For your total relaxation, we have an open-air garden hot-tub spa, set in an illuminated sun deck with oak furniture and sun beds, screened with illuminated Torbay Palms. On a warm day or evening, you can relax on the south-facing patio, sundeck and terrace, accessed from the newly refurbished and elegant lounge.

Directions.
From the M5:
- Take the A380 and follow signs for Torquay.
- Join the A3022 (Newton Road) and continue until you reach Torre Station and Halfords.
- At these lights, turn right onto Avenue Road.
- Take the 4th left into Vine Road and turn right at the top into Cleveland Road. The Southbourne Villa is approximately 300 yards on your left. Look out for our large blue oval signs.
Ample private parking is provided within the grounds of the villa, including a designated disabled parking bay.
