Our small, friendly, family-run bed and breakfast is positioned close to the beach, shops, pubs, clubs and cafes, and has recently been refurbished to a high standard.
Family and double rooms feature 6' x 6'6" beds for a comfortable night’s stay. Our dining room is our pride and joy and has a nautical theme, plus a large fish tank. Enjoy a full English breakfast for an energising start to the day. Seashells Guest House is winner of the bronze 2007 Great Yarmouth and Gorleston In Bloom competition for best guest house.
