The house itself is almost opposite Old Sarum Castle, (Old Salisbury) a massive Iron Age hill fort used by the Romans, Saxons and Normans, now a site containing the ruins of a castle, cathedral and royal palace.
Private parking is easily accessible on arrival at the front of the house and a local bus service and a Park and Ride facility are very close by. A delicious English breakfast is served with homemade bread and preserves.
