A full Scottish breakfast is available on the ground floor Tea Room which also bakes scrumptious cakes.This apartment is on the same road as Edinburgh Castle, the Queens Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament. Excellent festival location. It is at the Queens Palace end of the road. No lift so not suitable for families with young children or those who mind 3 flights of stairs.

This apartment is on the Royal Mile also known as Canongate. It is on the same street as the Edinburgh Castle and is towards the end of the street just a few minutes short of the Queens Holyrood Palace and opposite the Scottish Parliament.Walking From Edinburgh Waverley Train Station: take exit for Market Street, turn left at exit and then take a right at New Street, walk uphill to Royal Mile (also known as Canongate). Turn left onto Royal Mile and walk downhill until you get to number 71. It is above Clarindas Tea Room.By Taxi: around £5 fare from train station.
