CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: Payment Information: Bookings will be subject to pre-authorisation (for one night) according to the rate of the first night. In the case of invalid credit card details, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The hotel can only accept Visa and MasterCard for pre-authorisation. Switch and Maestro will be charged with one night's stay 48 hours prior to arrival as a guarantee.
Check-Out Information: We require 48 hours’ notice for early check-outs. In the event of an early check-out shortly after check-in time, the first 2 nights will be charged.
Group Bookings: For bookings of 4 rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the date of arrival. In the event of a no-show or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking to the credit card provided.
