We are a small, friendly guest-house with seven rooms.
Most have been refurbished and have had en-suite facilities added to them recently. We operate a no smoking policy. The premises are protected by CCTV for your peace of mind. We pride ourselves on being Biker friendly!The Richmond is situated just off the sea front only 120 level metres from the beach and Paignton Pier. The town centre is just a ten minute walk away with its local shopping centre, restaurants and bars. We have a private car park, free for you to use. We are delighted to announce we have installed a fabulous HOT TUB and SAUNA which guests are welcome to use for a small, additional cost.
Directions.
From M5 motorway follow signs to Torquay (A380). At Penn Inn roundabout, Newton Abbot still follows signs to Torquay (A380). Once through Kingskerswell at roundabout follow signs up over hill to Paignton. Next roundabout go straight across, next roundabout take 1st exit signed Preston and Sea Front. Follow this road Preston Down Road all the way to the bottom. At the traffic lights take the sea front land, follow this road all the way to Paignton Green with Pier in view. Go past small hotels on right and turn right into Steartfield Road by the Palace Hotel. Take 2nd road on right Norman Road, we are right down the bottom o this road.WE OFFER A FREE COLLECTION FROM PAIGNTON TRAIN and BUS STATIONS.
