The Red House is an imposing, Grade II listed Georgian townhouse offering quality bed and breakfast accommodation just 2 minutes walk to Granthams town centre.
The guest rooms are spacious and fully equipped with television, mini-fridge, microwave, teacoffee making facilities. Most of the rooms are ensuite. Two have private bathrooms beside the room which are not shared. All rooms have free WiFi access and guests without laptops can use our PC with broadband. The Red House is easily accessible via the A1 and A52 and is close to the train station. There is ample free parking in front of the house. Visit Britain 4 star rating.

Coming from the A1 NorthTake the first exit off the A1 into Grantham signposted Great Gonerby. Go through the village of Great Gonerby. Follow the road down the hill into Grantham. Youll pass under a railway bridge and then youll see the Kings Hotel on the left. The Red House is about 80 metres further along the road on the left. Park on the forecourt in front of the house.Coming from the A1 SouthTake the third exit into Grantham (the A52). Follow the road for a mile or so into the town. Youll go down a hill and under a railway bridge before coming to a roundabout (ASDA supermarket will be on your right). Go straight on keeping in the left lane. Turn left into North Parade at the traffic lights. The Red House is about 200 metres on the right. Park on the forecourt in front of the house.Coming from the A52 (Nottingham Side)Follow the A52 into the town. Youll go down a hill and under a railway bridge before coming to a roundabout (ASDA supermarket will be on your right). Go straight on keeping in the left lane. Turn left into North Parade at the traffic lights. The Red House is about 200 metres on the right. Park on the forecourt in front of the house. Coming from the A52 (Boston Side)Follow the A52 into the town. Youll pass along the high street and pass the Angel and Royal Hotel on your right. Carry on until you come to a major set of traffic lights (ASDA supermarket will be on your left). Go straight on at the lights into North Parade. The Red House is about 200 metres on the right. Park on the forecourt in front of the house.Coming from the A607 (Melton Mowbray Side)When you come to the A1, head north. Take the next exit into Grantham (A52). Follow the A52 into the town. Youll go down a hill and under a railway bridge before coming to a roundabout (ASDA supermarket will be on your right). Go straight on keeping in the left lane. Turn left into North Parade at the traffic lights. The Red House is about 200 metres on the right. Park on the forecourt in front of the house.
