All five of them had a wonderful time and came back raving about the cycling, the scenary and Shirleys BandB. On this basis we returned in July to be very warmly welcomed by Shirley and Norman, which was wonderful as we d had a long drive and arrived quite late in the evening. Our room was extremley comfortable and clean and the breakfast laid on by Shirley was fantastic. Shirley has managed the near impossible for a BandB, which is that you really do feel at home - especially when enjoying the cosy guest lounge while watching a film from their DVD library. Nothing is too much trouble. Shirley has lots of useful tips and pointers about where to go and what to see locally, which is lovely and adds that extra personal touch to your stay, This really is a beautiful part of the country and one that all should experience. Get your hiking boots, bikes, bog snorkel and pony ride bookings sorted and go and experience the great outdoors! Stuart and Julia, Kent. Most recent guest review on Guests Registration Form written by Anne Hallett (author of Almshouses and Market Places of Britain - Out of the many places Ive stayed in over the years Plas Newydd in Llanwrtyd is one of the very best. Shirley really takes care of her guests. The rooms are comfortable and the food excellent. Everywhere are thoughtful little touches which make staying here such a pleasure. Shirley really does provide a welcome on the hillside! Had a lovely, relaxing break, warm hospitality. Great Breakfasts. Home from Home Place. Comfy bedroom and very clean. If were this way again we shall book a room again - SAD TO LEAVE!! Mike and Viv Morris, Norfolk..
