Directions.
a)Coming from the M4, Take junction 45, A4067 signposted for Pontardawe and Dan-yr-Ogof Caves.Keep following signs for the caves after Pontardawe, continuing up the A4067 past Ystradgynlais, until you see the brown tourist sign for Abercrave. Take the sliproad up into the village. School Road is 2nd on the left after the sliproad (just past the hairdressers on the left). The Retreat is on the left hand side about 200 yards up, past the school and the firestation. It has a large carpark in front of it with a tree in the middle.b)Coming from the Heads of the Valley road (A4221). After passing Coelbren and Caehopkin, reach the bottom ot the hill and turn left (signposted for Swansea) on the A4067. Take the next right, signposted with a brown tourist sign , for Abercrave up the slip road. School Road is 2nd on the left after the sliproad (just past the hairdressers on the left).
