We are a small friendly hotel, only yards from sea front parking, and Views of the Sea from our garden; guest lounge; and one family room.

We are very centrally located and a short distance from all Blackpools attractions.Also, we are less than 10 minutes away from many more main attractions, including Theatres; Clubs; Cinema; Central Pier; Blackpool Tower; Winter Gardens etc. and only a short Tram Ride from Cocker Street to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and South Pier on the South Shore.With all of these attractions on our doorstep, this does not compromise you having a peaceful nights sleep as we cater for families, couples and small groups only, and are located just far enough away from the late night clubs not to disturb you.REGRETTABLY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG OR HEN PARTIES, OR GROUPS (MORE THAN ONE ROOM) FOR UNDER 25S.Phoenix Guest House is fully central heated with each room having teacoffee facilities, TV and towels, iron, hairdryers on request. Our recently refurbished Family Rooms, sleeping 3 to 5 persons, now have the convenience of full en-suite facilities.Our Dining Room comfortably seats up to 20 people, and we are proud of our traditional, Full English Breakfast which satisfies our guests and sets them up for Blackpools multitude of attractions and activities.All of our room rates are based on Room Only for the convenience of our guests who would prefer to make their own arrangements, but for ONLY an additional £3.00 you can enjoy .Full English Breakfast (Sausages, Bacon, Egg, Tomato, Beans).....or Vegetarian option (Scrambled Eggs on Toast) With . Directions.
BY CAR... From the Promenade continue North (sea on left), past the Tower and North Pier and take the 3rd right onto Cocker Street (just after crossing the tram lines). Pay and Display is located on the PromenadeCocker Street, and the Hotel is located on the right after the car park. BY TRAIN... Take the train to North Shore Station, and walk towards the PromenadeTown Centre until Dickson Road. Turn right and continue past Funny Girls for 300 yards, and Cocker Street is located on the left. BY BUS... Take the bus to Talbot Road Bus Station and follow the directions above along Dickson Road.
