Chris & Heidi welcome you to Penrose, their elegant Victorian home. Built in 1880, Penrose retains a wealth of original features, including fireplaces in most of the large rooms, cornicing, ceiling roses, chandeliers, high ceilings and stained glass windows. Even though Penrose is elegant and grand, when you walk in you will experience a homely and laid back atmosphere.
As you will see below, most of the rooms are lovely and large with ensuite facilities, plus comfy seating and lots of added extras. There is free Wifi, and a computer available in the dining room. Children and dogs are welcome as well. Chris & Heidi endeavour to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The Eden Project (only 10 minutes drive away) Coastal walks, Cycling, Fishing and Sailing, Golf courses galore National Trust gardens & houses
Local pubs restaurants and takeaways all within a 5/10 minute walk of the house. Lostwithiel is now the antiques capital of Cornwall, it also boasts tea shops, restaurants, churches, castles, rivers, parks, boats, museum and a train station.
