By Car (from the A1):
- From the A1, follow the signs for the A19 and towards the Tyne Tunnel.
- Then take the A1058 East and continue on until you reach the seafront.
- Take the 1st exit off the mini-roundabout and continue along the seafront until you reach a set of traffic lights.
- Take a sharp left onto the A193 - Park Avenue. The Park Lodge Hotel is on the left-hand side.
