Luxurious guesthouse, very close to Town Centre of Dartmouth, (3 minutes walk), very tranquil, with great river views, all rooms en suite, refurbished to a very high standard.
Complimentary parking, wi fi, dvd, cd, great breakfasts, and guest fridge.We also have a boat which we let out on a 3 night minimum basis which sleeps 6 people. The boat is based in Darthaven Marina, opposite Dartmouth, and stays in the Marina. It has all the facilities youd expect from a holiday cottage, with the use of a small boat whilst you are on board.
Directions.
Dartmouth is situated on the western bank of the River Dart and is easily accesible by road from the M5-A38 and Totnes, or from the M5 - A380-A3022-A379 via Kingswear and the ferry.When in Dartmouth follow signs from the Town Centre towards Dartmouth Castle, we are the road leading from Town towards the Castle. Where the road narrows we are just on the right hand side after this. You will see our Orleans B and B flag.
