We serve an excellent, freshly cooked breakfast every morning and we offer a warm welcome during your stay. We have comfortable rooms all have a TV and tea and coffee making facilities to help you relax after a busy day out in Blackpool . Clean and comfy all our rooms are serviced on a daily basis with a fresh supply of towels and refreshments for your convenience . We are situated in the North Shore area of Blackpool and are within easy reach of all the main attractions that Blackpool has to offer. North Shore golf course is two minutes away as indicated on the map. We are only one street back from the famous Blackpool seafront, where you will find an array of amusements, shops and the very famous piers. We guarantee you quality without cost. Please note that all our rooms have a 2 night minimum stay at bank holiday weekends and the illuminations. We are friendly family run licensed guest accommodation that offers a comfortable homely environment for your stay. We DO NOT cater for stag or hen parties or under 25s as we are family and couple orientated .Check in is from 12 noon and you need to check out by 10am. Please be aware you can not check in later than 11pm. We also have a stair-lift to the first floor. On road parking is available at no charge. If you dont want to use your car trams buses or taxis are available. We are only five minutes away from north shore train station. We hope you enjoy your stay at The Oakland. Make your way to the promenade following directions for Bispham,Cleveleys,passing the Imperial and Hilton hotels,take the next roundabout on your right by the Gynn Pub turn left by thorncliffe holiay flats and we are about 150 yards up on the right.
