The Mount Vernon hospital is nearby. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Northwood Hills station on the Metropolitan underground line, just 25 minutes from Baker Street station and 15 minutes from Wembley Stadium. There is also easy access to Heathrow airport. There hotel is within easy reach of the M1, M4, A40, M40 and M25 and ample car parking is available.
One of the hotels earliest regulars was Elton John, a local who performed in the downstairs bar many times.
