Our chefs specialize in Grampian produce-Aberdeen Angus beef, game, fish, and shellfish from local rivers and ports.The wine cellar holds over 400 wines and the Drawing Room Bar is stocked with more than 100 malt whiskies. Golf, salmon fishing,stalking and grouse or pheasent shooting can all be arranged.
