Wednesday 31 December 2008 - New Year’s Eve
Arrive at your leisure on New Year’s Eve, for a welcoming Welsh afternoon tea served from 15:00. Meet the team and your fellow guests for a cocktail reception, accompanied by the sound of our Scottish-style piper. The cocktail reception is followed by dinner, which is served from 19:30. After dinner, you can dance until late with the hotel’s resident DJ. At midnight, the Piper will pipe in the New Year, in traditional Scottish style.
Thursday 1 January 2009 - New Year's Day
Breakfast on New Year's Day is served from 09:00, leaving the rest of your morning free to make room for lunch, which is served from 13:00. Dinner is from 19:00 and is followed by the sounds of a local male-voice choir. Reminisce over a drink or 2 about the year gone by, making all those resolutions that will soon be broken.
Friday 2 January 2009
Breakfast will be served from 08:30, followed by sad farewells for those who have to leave with all those promises of keeping in touch.
