Situated 9 miles east of the Cathedral City of Exeter and 2 miles from the A30 make this country house bed and breakfast a perfect base for leisure and business. Located in East Devon it is convenient for Exeter International Airport, the M5, Honiton and main line railway from Waterloo.
The house is set in eight acres of land surrounded by countryside and is within easy reach of Dartmoor, Exmoor, the Jurassic Coast, beaches and the Eden Project. Escot Park ½ mile; Ottery St Mary 4 miles; Westpoint 8 miles. Nearby golf courses include Woodbury Park, East Devon and Honiton. Excellent fishing can be found locally.
All rooms have effective lighting, spacious hanging cupboard with bathrobes and wooden hangers. Really comfortable king-size Vi-Spring beds with Egyptian cotton linen and goose down duvets ensures a fabulously restorative sleep.
