With some of Scotland’s best golf courses, beaches, distilleries, castles and scenery all within easy reach, this hotel offers an ideal base for a short break or longer holiday.
Kincraig Hotel is set in an elevated position in its own grounds with extensive views towards the Cromarty Firth. Kincraig is a building of outstanding character, the exterior of which remains largely unchanged since its construction in 1800. The lounge, bar and dining room all retain their original stone-framed windows (as do the front bedrooms), moulded ceilings and fireplaces. The exceptional Adam fireplace in the lounge is of particular interest and is delightful to return to after a day out exploring. Easy day trips can be made to places as diverse as Ullapool, Aviemore, Wick, Inverewe Gardens and Kyle of Lochalsh.
