It is ideally situated between, and within walking distance, of the villages of Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere, where you can find many shops, restaurants and of course the lake itself. The house itself enjoys a relaxing private garden to the front, woodland to the rear and spacious off-road parking.Guests of The Hawksmoor are also entitled to complimentary use of the leisure facilities at Parklands Country Club in Bowness, so dont forget to bring your swimming costume and a towel! Facilities offered free of charge include the use of the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, squash court, steam bath and sauna, as well as an upstairs bar with full size snooker tables and sports TV. Directions.
Approaching Windermere on the A591 from the M6,turn left onto the A592 and down through the village of Windermere, following the signs for Bowness.Half a mile after the Zebra crossing you will see a large block of woodland on the right. We are the second property on the right as the woodland appears to finish.Opposite the Catholic Church.
