A range of one and two bedroom serviced apartments located in Sunderland City Centre, all individually designed and complemented with everything expected in a 4 equivalent hotel room with the further benefit of each apartment having full equipped kitchens including washerdryer and dishwasher, a comprehensive range of kitchenware, cutlery and crockery, cleaning and linenlaundry service. Spacious living areas have sumptous leather sofas and flat screen tvs with digital televison and DVD players. There is no minimum or maximum stay. Special Rates can be negotiated for longer term stays.Located opposite Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens, Hawksley House boasts a fantastic oak staircase leading to a galleried landing with a beautiful stained glass dome above. There are also two Premium Apartments available, The Board Room and The Apartment of Light both which have fantastic architectural features and grandeur. The Board Room Apartment is no doubt one of the regions finest, a former Board Room with beautifully restored oak panelled walls, marble fireplace and original flooring the apartment is ideal for corporate entertainment or as a very special treat . The Apartment of Light has high ceilings, fantastic illuminating arched windows, ornate cornice and detailed ceiling and your own private entrance, The Light Room is the epitome of style and luxury. Sumptuous leather sofas, a kitchen with granite work surfaces and dining area ideal for entertaining, this apartment is the place to be.Additonal services include welcome provision packs on arrival.
