Located at the seafront end of Warrior Square, reputed as the largest sea fronted square in Europe, this boutique bed and breakfast is just 50 metres away from the beach.
Just a few minutes' walk from the main line station with regular connections to London, Brighton and Gatwick Airport, the accommodation is also close to many fine local restaurants, pubs and cafes. Enjoy east Sussex, "1066 country" and the south coast. This unique town is home to Europe's largest beach launched fishing fleet and a panoramic cliff top country park. Beyond the historic castle ruins, antique shops, art galleries, museums, cliff railways and numerous estate agents, lies a thriving cosmopolitan culture. White Rock Theatre is only 2 minutes walk from Hastings House and plays host to many great events throughout the year.

This work will be taking place from the 1st December 2008 until 31st Jan 2009.
During this period the hotel will only be able to offer freshly baked pastries, toasts and cereals.

By Train:
Warrior Square station is a few minutes walk away. London is approximately a one and a half hour journey.
By Coach:
Take routes 23/24 and stop on the sea front side of Warrior Square.
By Air:
There are direct trains from Gatwick Airport.
By Road:
From London:
- Take the A21 for Hastings and follow signs for St. Leonards sea front.
From the West (Brighton):
- Take the A27 and then the A259 main coastal route.
From the East (Dover):
- Follow the A259 coastal route.
From Canterbury/Tenterden:
- Take the A27 for Hastings then the A21.
- Follow directions as above.
In Hastings/St Leonards, if the sea is to your right, Warrior Square is 400 metres before the pier. If the sea is on your left, Warrior Square is 400 metres after the pier.
