This hotel is situated in a quiet yet central location, within easy walking distance of the beach, town and Riviera Conference Centre.
The hotel is run by a Christian family, Nigel and Angela Pearce, with their 2 children William and Linda. We are one of the few small hotels to still provide our guests with the opportunity to book evening meals. We offer superior accommodation at reasonable rates. We are here to ensure your stay in Torquay is an enjoyable one.
In Grosvenor House we have a comfortable, non-smoking, TV lounge where you can relax and also a friendly licensed bar lounge where you can enjoy a drink, make new friends and tell us about the exciting day that you have had.

At Grosvenor House we offer a wide choice of menus at breakfast to suit all tastes and requirements. Come evening, we can provide a full 5-course dinner with a choice of starter, main course and sweet. We will always try to cater for special diets by arrangement.
Directions.
By road:
- Follow the road from Newton Abbot and when you come to Torre station (by Halfords) turn right into Avenue Road, signposted for the seafront.
- Continue to the 2nd set of traffic lights and turn sharply left.
- Grosvenor House Hotel is half way along on the left-hand side.
Torquay railway station is approximately 800 metres away.
Torquay coach station is approximately one mile away. There are plenty of taxis waiting at the coach station.
