A bastion of quality and absolute individuality, this luxury hotel is one of Britain's best kept secrets, just a short stroll away from Buckingham Palace and Victoria station.
Seamlessly weaving the latest technology with classic British elegance and sophistication, this utterly charming hotel is totally uncompromising in its standards. Voted ‘Top London Hotel’ in the Travel & Leisure Reader's Survey (January 2007), The Goring was the very last grand hotel to be built in the Edwardian era.
Spacious and opulent accommodation, gourmet cuisine and private gardens offer an indulgent retreat amid the central London throng. Complimentary fitness club membership is included for the duration of your stay. For almost a century, 4 generations of the Goring family have run The Goring, which could not be better placed. Completed in 1910, The Goring is the oldest, privately-owned luxury hotel in London, where luxury and elegance are evident throughout.
The rich, dark bar leads to a light, airy terrace and finally into a grand, comfortable lounge. A veranda has been added to the back of the terrace. This open space seats 24 people, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner overlooking the famous Goring Gardens.
As part of your accommodation, you will be able to enjoy complimentary membership at Victoria’s LA Fitness Club, just a 3 minute walk away. Here you will have access to a swimming pool, sauna, and state-of-the-art gymnasium. Massage treatments and fitness classes may also be booked directly with the club.
Four rooms are available for meetings and other private functions. There is 24-hour complimentary internet access in the IT room.
