The 2 larger rooms are to the front of Gifford House: room 4 is on the first floor, while room 8 is on the 2nd floor and has excellent views towards the Pentland Hills.
The smaller of the family rooms is room 2, which is to rear of the first floor and is very peaceful, looking out towards Arthur's Seat
Rooms 4 and 8 can sleep up to 4 people.
Room 2 can sleep up to 3 people.
Prices based on 2 adults sharing. Extra adults will be charged per person, to be payable on arrival. Please state when making your reservation if extra guests will be staying.
