This friendly free house inn, formerly a gamekeeper’s cottage, is superbly located at Long Ashes Park in the heart of Wharfedale, perfect for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
The newly built Poachers restaurant serves freshly cooked seasonal foods using the best of local produce. It has been awarded its first AA Rosette for excellent food and service.
Guests may use the facilities at the nearby Long Ashes Leisure Club free of charge, including swimming pool, gym, steam room and sauna. There is also a beauty spa at the Leisure Club, offering a wide range of holistic and beauty treatments at an additional cost.

Inn opening times:
Monday and Tuesday: 11:00 to 23:00 for bar service, and from 12:00 to 14:30 and 17:00 to 20:00 for food service.
Wednesday to Friday: 12:00 to 21:30 for food service, and from 12:00 to 23:00 for bar service.
Saturday: 12:00 to 21:30 for food service, and from 12:00 to 23:00 for bar service.
Sunday: 12:00 to 20:00 for food service, and from 12:00 to 22:30 for bar service.

The Gamekeepers Inn is at Long Ashes Park, Threshfield. The nearest Train Station is Skipton.
From Skipton:
- Follow the road out sign posted for Grassington and the B6265.
- Once near Grassington, follow signs for Long Ashes Leisure and the B6160.
- The Inn is tucked away up a long driveway on the left but clearly signposted.
