Is two  self-catering holiday cottages, The Barn & The Shippen, set on the western edge of  Dartmoor within the National Park boundary.

Tavistock (best market town 2004)is  3 miles away, and Peter Tavy, the nearby village, has a church and a C15th inn serving good food.  

The Barn is larger and is suitable for up to 6 people while the Shippen suits 2 4.

Old Sowtontown is owned and maintained by the Boswell family who live in the farmhouse.
