A sporting lodge and country house, formerly under the ownership of one of Scotlands largest land owners (who used to count Queen Victoria and King George V amongst his social circle) the building is steeped in a rich, cultural history. Retaining its original Victorian and Edwardian features, both externally and internally. All guest rooms, external lodges and suites are located within the original buildings boasting a unique blend of modern and antique furniture, a classical decor and a tranquil atmosphere. Our hotel restaurant specialises in first-class food, free from fuss at a reasonable cost. The Lodge has even been awarded a AA 3 star qualification such are the levels of standard we provide. All rooms now have flat-panel LCD TVs. Same day Booking cut-off time is 2000hr.
