There are stunning views overlooking Edinburgh Castle and the Grassmarket from 3 of the bedrooms. There is 2 bathrooms - the main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and shower, there is also a further wc, vaulted ceilings, stylish modern fitted kitchen- with fridge freezer, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machinedryer. There is also a dining table and chairs to sit up to 12 people. This newly renovated apartment comprises of 4 large bedrooms (with link beds- can be made up to be either single or double beds). 3 of the bedrooms comprise of 3 single beds each, 4th bedroom; 4 single beds, there is also 2 sofabeds in the lounge. There is a two night minimum stay for weekend bookings (prices are charged Friday and Saturday rates). There is a 3 night minimum stay for xmas, rugby and bank holidays.
