How To Cancel
To cancel a reservation you need to identify the agent through which the booking was made. Simply check the Reservation Confirmation email you will have received - this should be in your email InBox.
Remember to check your Junk Mail folder as some mail clients can be pretty ruthless when it comes to filtering emails.
If you are unable to find this confirmation email then it may be that you never actually completed the reservation process. All of the agents we promote will ask for a credit card to confirm a reservation so if you did not get as far as entering your card details during the booking process then your reservation was never confirmed, the lack of a confirmation emails supports this and you have nothing further to do.
If, however, you did complete the booking and have a reservation confirmation email then this will give you clear instructions on what you need to do to cancel.
Please remember that MOST travel agents will charge a cancellation fee, especially if the cancellation is being made within a few days of your expected arrival date.
This is standard within the industry so expect to pay a minimum fee or a percentage of the cost of the stay. The sooner you cancel, the less you will be charged.
