Ideally located, we are only 10 minutes walk from Eastbourne town centre, and 10-15 minutes walk from the train station, seafront, the hospital and Sussex Downs College. The Eastbourne Ladies Lawn Tennis championship ground is also only 10 minutes away by cab, for a very reasonable £4 to £5 fare.
Relax in our lounge with its licensed bar and selection of games, or borrow a DVD or CD from our library for enjoyment in your room. In the summer guests can relax in our garden at the rear of the hotel with its fishpond and waterfall.
