We aim is to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.Buxton House is situated in the leafy avenues of Craig-y-don, Llandudno and only 125 metres from the sea-front.We have recently under-gone major refurbishment, diligently retaining the original Victorian features. Now offer our guests a pleasant, quiet and safe stay, benefitting from the latest fire and electrical systems. We offer double en-suite rooms and one a family en-suite room.Your stay in Craig-y-don offers an opportunity of free parking for the duration of your stay. You can either take a leisurely stroll along the promenade to Llandudno town centre (15 minutes), with its Victorian splendour or take the bus from around the corner of our street that run every 10 minutes. Llandudno is a busy all-season shopping centre with its new Parc Llandudno high street stores. There are bars and restaurants and a regular variety of entertainment at the Venue Cymru Theatre, which is located near to Buxton House. The area is ideal for walking, cycling, golfing, short breaks and family holidays. We are ideally situated for touring North Wales, with easy access to the A55 Expressway and the beautiful surrounding areas such as: Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle, The Swallow Falls at Betws-y-Coed, Portmeirion Village and gardens (as featured in TVs The Prisoner) or the Snowdonia National Park.NOTE;PLEASE REMEMBER LATEROOMS WILL REQUIRE A VALID CREDITDEBIT CARD TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING ONLY. Directions.
From A55 Expressway;Leave the A55 at junction 19 and take the last exit on the roundabout signposted A470 Llandudno. Stay on this road going straight on at all roundabouts until you reach the brow of the hill, Craig-y-Don is signposted on this roundabout. After turning right here you will be on Queens Road. Rosebery Avenue is 5th on the right with Buxton House being on your left at the end.From the Coast Road;Coming into Llandudno along the Coast Road (B5115) from Rhos-on-Sea turn 2nd left into Carmen Sylva Road. Go straight on at the crossroads and Rosebery Avenue is 1st on the right with Buxton House being first on oyur right.
