- Exit the M5 at junction 30 towards Exeter.
- Proceed along the dual carriageway, following the signs to the city centre.
- Take the 3rd exit (A379) and continue to the traffic-controlled roundabout.
- Take the 3rd exit onto the A3015 Topsham Road, towards the city centre.
- The hotel is on the right, one mile further on.
