Directions.
Travelling from Exeter direction on the A380 , on the outskirts of Torquay follow the road signs for the Seafront and Riviera Centre. At the Sea Front turn left at the traffic lights and progress along the sea front for 200 metres then turn immediate left at the next set of lights up Belgrave Road. Progress approximately 300 metres then you will see Scarborough Road which is the first road on the right hand side.
