A friendly family run guesthouse situated a short flat walk to the sea front, harbour, local shops and many very good restaurants .
We are ideally situated to explore Dartmoor, take coastalwalks or visit the many local attractions.We have double, twin and family rooms, all having en-suites . All rooms are centrally heated for that winter break . We supply tea and coffee making facilities and a alarm clock so you will not miss the hearty breakfast in the morning. There is a sun terrace for you to relax and soak up the early evening sun, where smoking is permitted.We do not take stag and hen groups to ensure your stay is made as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please feel free to ask for any infomation you require so that we can advise you where to go and what to see.There is a private car park.We do take pets on request.
Directions.
From the M5 to Exeter and on to theA380 to Torquay. Continue on to the A3022. When entering Torquay please follow the sea front direction signs. This will take you down Avenue Road and we are on the right hand side.
