Blackthorn farm is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, and most rooms have fantastic views.
We are minutes from the ferry terminal in Holyhead for sailings to Ireland. Each room is individually styled and finished to a high standard. The whole property has been completely re-furbished recently. We are a family business, chef Nigel creates a fabulous breakfast using mainly locally produced ingredients including the local butchers award winning sausages! Nigel has worked all over the world in 5 star hotels and cooked for HM The Queen and Ronald Reagan to name but a few!We are set in 18 acres of rolling headland and the perfect location for walking, bird watching, sailing, power boating or complete relaxation.Each bedroom has a widescreen tv with freeview and dvd built in. We offer homemade fish and chips Friday evenings. Packed lunches available also. Plenty of parking available.
Directions.
At the end of A55 (Holyhead) take first left off roundabout (direction Trearddur Bay) then first immediate right onto Porthdafarch Rd, go to the end, turn right, after half mile Blackthorn Farm is on your left.
