Roads from the North: Exit M40 at Junction 9, follow signs for A34 Oxford, exit at the Peartree interchange, take 2nd exit on roundabout sign A40 and Witney. Once on the A40 follow signs for Witney and come off at Witney East. Once in Witney follow signs for Hailey (B4022). The Bird in Hand is situated about 1 mile further on.
