Ideally situated in Portsmouths prime holiday area of Southsea, within easy reach of The Worlds Greatest Historic Ships Mary Rose - HMS Victory - HMS Warrior; the Royal Marines Museum; The Portsmouth Aquarium; the Royal Navy Submarine Museum; Southsea Shopping Centre and Gunwharf Quays.
There is an excellent selection of Shops, Restaurants and Pubs nearby. Our own car park allows you to leave your car and enjoy the amenities of Portsmouth without parking worries. Our Bedrooms are centrally heated with individual temperature control, and have tea/coffee making facilities, colour television, hair dryer, clock radio alarm and private en-suite facilities.

Directions.M27 onto the m275, portsmouth west. Go to the end of the m275 and follow the signs for the seafront. Go along the seafront to south parade pier. At the pier take the left fork. Festing road is the fourth on the left opposite the end of the boating lake.
