Directions

The main roads leading to Kings Road and The Belmont are the A61 from Leeds/Ripon and the A59 from Skipton/Knaresbrough. We are two minute's walk from the Conference Centre, ten minute's walk from the railway/bus station and about twenty minute's drive from Leeds/Bradford airport.

Belmont Guest House Policies

A clear 48 hours, at least, is required of a cancellation, (one whole week at busy Conference/Exhibition periods)or otherwise the first night booked is charged to credit card. Adjustments to bookings are accommodated, generally, when possible. Last minute changes during Conference and Exhibition periods however, are difficult for us and we reserve the right to cancel the whole booking if the number of nights booked are reduced.
