The Bellstone Hotel situated in the heart of medieval Shrewsbury, offers excellent value for money and is close to all amenities of this town.
We have a contemporary Brasserie where you can enjoy our fine cuisine. The bar attracts both locals and visitors to the town and is lively on weekend nights. Our cafe bar offers street window seating and a relaxed Continental atmosphere with a selection of coffee, teas, pastries and sandwiches available. For a more leisurely lunch opt for one of the dishes off our extensive menu.Following a change of ownership all of our eighteen rooms are to be updated and redecorated over the next few months. We have 10 double rooms, 4 twin rooms and 4 single rooms available. All our rooms are en-suite and are equipped with colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and radio alarms. There are several public car parks close by.We are conveniently placed for any events in the town centre and the Quarry Park, where the famous Shrewsbury Flower show is held, is a two minute walk away.

FROM EAST and SOUTH A49, A58, A5 (M54, M6, M1, M40, M42)Follow signs for the town centre. Proceed over the ENGLISH BRIDGE and bear right up WYLE COP. At the top you will join the towns one-way system. Continue along the HIGH STREET. At THE EXCHANGE PUBLIC HOUSE bear right onto BARKER STREET The Bellstone Hotel is at the bottom of Claremont Hill on the left. FROM THE WEST AND NORTH WEST A5, A458, B4386, A488Follow signs for the town Centre. Proceed over the WELSH BRIDGE, bearing left down SMITHFIELD ROAD. Move into the right hand lane and turn right at the SALOPIAN bar in to ROUSHILL. Staying in the right hand lane follow road up past PAPERWAY At give way junction turn left up Mardol. Follow road round to the right and at the end you will see the Bellstone directly in front of you. FROM NORTH B5067, A528 A49, A53, B5062Follow signs for the town Centre, continue under RAILWAY BRIDGE in right hand lane. Turn RIGHT at the traffic lights. Continue through second set of traffic lights past the BUS STATION. Keep in left hand lane and turn LEFT just before the SALOPIAN bar in to ROUSHILL. Moving into the right hand lane follow road up past PAPERWAY. At give way junction turn left up Mardol. Follow road round to the right and at the end you will see the Bellstone directly in front of you.
