Ideally located in a tree lined street, this family-run guest house in the heart of Harrogate is just a few minutes’ walk from the conference and exhibition centre.
From the conference centre, it is only a short distance to the shops and restaurants in the town centre. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. Yoko and Keith Banks pride themselves on providing an excellent service for guests old and new, offering the kind of quality, comfort and care that you will only find in a personally-managed guest house.
If newspapers are required, please order them the day before, and they can be collected from reception the next morning. A laundry service can also be arranged upon request. Fax and photocopier services are available on request.
The bar is available on request. Guests can enjoy the comfy, cosy bar lounge any time. If dinner is required, we can arrange with our Teppanyaki restaurant only few minutes away by walk. But we can escort on your request. Our chefs will be able to prepare Italian, English, Chinese, Malaysian, Singaporean, Korean, Spanish and French food.

By Car
From York:
- Proceed along the A6460 and at the main roundabout, take the turn onto the A59 Skipton Road.
- Proceed, and take the 5th left onto Kings Road.
- Thereafter, proceed past the pelican crossing and turn left onto Franklin Mount.
From Leeds:
- Come into Harrogate on the A61, and at the main roundabout turn right onto the A6040.
- Proceed to the next roundabout, and turn left onto the A59.
- Proceed, and take the 5th left onto Kings Road.
- Continue as above.
