This three bedroom house with its patio and terraced garden is a true home from home and has been awarded the VisitBritain Quality in Tourism Three Star Rating for Self Catering accommodation. There are two twin bedrooms and one single with a colour freeview television in each. A guest z-bed is available for parties of six and a cot can be provided if needed. The loungedining room has a large colour freeview television, DVD and video player. Games, books, toys, videos, DVDs and CDs are provided for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern day appliances which include a microwave, oven and hob, toaster, fridge, washing machine etc. A complimentary welcome pack of breakfast cereals, bread, preserves, margerine and butter, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, sugar will await you on your arrvial. All towels and bedding are supplied. There is direct access to a terraced garden and patio with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Enjoy the peace and tranquility while relaxing on the garden furniture with a Barbecue option. This house is an ideal base for visiting business guests as well as families. For smaller parties our Studio Apartment is available with a Bed and Breakfast option (see Archangelos Bed and Breakfast link). There is ample off-road parking with bicycle washing and storage facility. Archangelos is close to the M61 motorway network providing easy access to Manchester, Bolton, Preston, Blackpool and surrounding Lancashire towns and is on the edge of the West Pennine Moors. As well as the Reebok Stadium and Bolton Arena other nearby sports facilities include golfing, horse riding, fishing, ice skating, hiking, climbing, mountain biking and swimming. Whether you are an old friend or visiting the area for the first time you can be assured of a friendly and traditional Northern welcome by Caroline and David Tracey. Directions.
Leave M61 at Junction 6 onto A6027. Head for A6 signposted for Chorley. Turn right onto A6 towards Chorley. Keep on A6 until you reach the trafic lights at B5238 signposted for Horwich. Pass the Ridgeway Arms, Blackrod Station and under the M61. Continue uphill. At the roundabout turn left signposted A673 Chorley. Take first right onto Lever Park Avenue. Take the fourth turning on the right into Fernhead Avenue. At the crossroads turn left and swing right onto Pennine Road.
