Now celebrating our 17th year, we are proud to present to you smoke-free accommodation. The Proprietor Jim and his assistants, are here to welcome you and to help you enjoy your stay with us. Your accommodation is situated on the ground, first & second floors with toilets and showers situated in very close proximity to the rooms, if not ensuite.
All new arrivals will find their beds made with fresh linen and their room stocked with a supply of towels, soap, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits.
When you have booked in you will be given keys to your room and the front doors, this will allow to come and go whenever you wish. We are currently members of the Hastings & St Leonards Hotels & Tourism Association.
Please note that we are unable to accept bookings that commence on a Sunday, Bank Holiday Monday or after 2000hrs on any day.
Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Regrettably, we cannot accept pets. Check-in time: 10:30 and check-out time: 10:00.
