Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home.
We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.
Directions.
Follow Harrogate town centre signs, then conference centre signs. This will bring you on to King's Road. With the conference centre on your left hand side, travel along King's Road. After the exhibition and conference centre buildings there are traffic lights; we are opposite these. To arrive at our car park, drive past. On the right hand side is Studley Road; turn into Studley Road, and on the right hand side next to the doctors is a lane. Travel down this lane, and at the end is our car park.

Single Room en-suite
 1 single bed. The rooms, with shower en-suite, all with complimentary toiletries, are decorated to a very high standard. Each have controllable central heating, eight channel colour television, direct dial telephone, Laptop internet access by telephone and free wi -fi, hair dryer, alarm clock radio and beverage welcome tray. Access at all times. This is a no smoking room. Single rooms are single size, think about booking a double room for single occupation for space. The price quoted includes full cooked English breakfast and VAT
