A minimum of 2 nights at the weekend and at Bank Holidays, a minimum of 3 nights stay. We are stricly a non-smoking establishment. If you smoke in our rooms a fee will be added to your account for the extra cleaning.

From the south:-Follow A1 north across Tyne bridge, and then follow signs for Tynemouth,coast, left hand lane turn left onto Osborne road, then half a mile to Fern Avenue on the right hand side.Adelphi is on your left hand side half way down Fern avenue.
