Breakfast is served in our Dining Room,with a 60's theme,between 9 and 9-30.Ideally situated within walking distance of train and bus stations,lake and all local amenities.All our rooms are to AA specifications and dimensions as laid down by the AA,we have a choice of double,family,twin and single rooms,along with a 2 bedroom suite.We have an award winning garden for your relaxation.PLEASE NOTE-We accept children of 6 years of age and over.Deposits of 50% are required with the balance being payable on arrival.Deposits are non-refundable and cancellation within 14 days of your arrival date will result in the balance of your account being taken.

From M6 Motorway Jct.36 follow A591 to Windermere turning left into village,through town centre,after shops,second left into Ellerthwaite Road,and Adam Place is at the next crossroads.
